Javanese turmeric (Javanese yellow root) occurs wild and is cultivated in the Malay Peninsula, Java and Thailand.

Although in terms of the composition of the active ingredients, this species is close to long turmeric, however, both qualitative and quantitative differences determine that long turmeric is used mainly as a spice, and Java is used as a remedy. Ingredients: Javanese turmeric 100% (Curcuma zanthorrhiza).

How to use: 2 capsules daily in the morning and in the evening 15-20 minutes before meals. The minimum course of admission is 1 month.

Contraindications:

• pregnancy;
• individual intolerance to the components;
• should not be used for cholelithiasis, biliary obstruction, or jaundice.

Side effects:

it is possible to lower cholesterol levels with curcumin. In case of a severe overdose, irritation of the gastric mucosa may occur, nausea and vomiting may occur.
