Feaga Life brand freeze-dried kale is produced using a special technique developed by the manufacturer. The freeze-drying process removes only water from the plant. Thus, the ratio of nutrients remains unchanged and their natural balance is maintained.
Kale, or kale, is a superfood and is considered a valuable source of vitamins and minerals. Kale cabbage contains vitamin A and beta-carotene, B1, B2, B5, B6, B9, PP, vitamins C and K, minerals: calcium, potassium, magnesium, manganese, iron, phosphorus, zinc.
The leaves contain the carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin, flavonoids (isorhamnetin, myricetin, quercetin), glucosinolates, lingans, chlorophyll and fiber.
